Hourly rates

At Effectivity Consultancy, we work with transparent fee structures tailored to the complexity of the requirements.

• Administrative Support: € 100,- per hour (excl. VAT)
• Tax & Financial Advice: € 125,- per hour (excl. VAT)
• Specialized & Strategic Consultancy: upon request

If a reasonable estimate of the hours can be made in advance, fixed price agreements are possible.

Fixed rate payroll administration

For payroll processing, we offer three clear and flexible packages. The monthly rates per employee, excluding VAT, are as follows:

Package 1: <11 employees          - € 25,- per employee

Package 2:> 10 <21 employees   - € 20,- per employee

Package 3:> 20 employees           - €15,- per employee

These packages include:

• Processing of payslips
• Submitting wage tax returns
• Filing pension declarations

With this fixed pricing structure, you know exactly what to expect, no surprises afterwards.
